In a game where Sammy Bodeen and Wild Things were dominating for 5 innings, The Big Dog Roman Reigns and Brotherhood get the last laugh in a 5-3 victory.

Wild Things jumped out early with Clue Heyward’s RBI Double in the top of the first inning off Robert Roode.  Two innings late Roger Dorn had an RBI single driving in Darryl Palmer.  On that play, there was an error by Big E which let Pedro Cerrano score giving Wild Things a 3-0 lead.  Meanwhile, Bodeen pitched 5 shut out innings on 4 hits.

Finally, in the bottom of the 6th inning Brotherhood got things going.  Kofi Kingston led off the inning with a walk.  The Big Show then had a base hit forcing Kofi to second.  Roman Reigns cracked a three-run HR to tie the game up at 3.  Bodeen settled down and got the next 2 guys out before walking Aleister Black and giving up a hit to EC3.  After Jimmy Uso walked his brother Jey also walked forcing in the go-ahead run.

After the third inning, Roode pitched gloriously for the next 4 innings before handing the game to the bullpen.  Wild Things scratched out another run in the 8th to lead 5-3.  Xavier Woods and Zack Ryder closed out the last 2 innings to give Brotherhood an unlikely win.

Tomorrow’s matchup has Finn Balor vs Chet Steadman.

Wild Things coach Jake Taylor had this to say. “Sammy was in complete control.  The walks killed us.  Give credit Roode for shutting us down.”  Reigns on his big HR.  “After Show gets on base I was figuring I would get a good pitch to hit.”
